Included in this package are a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, and four remotes, along with four 35 ft. installation kits. This complete setup ensures that you have everything needed to create a comfortable environment in multiple spaces of your home.

One of the standout features of the MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is its easy installation process. You can set it up on your own without the need for specialized tools or professional help, saving you time and money. Plus, with enhanced Wi-Fi engineering, this system allows for quick and seamless installation, making it a versatile choice for any home.
Package Includes

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 48K BTU rating of the Condenser.

Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 5 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 20.5 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to 5°F.
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    Air Handler, 12K BTU, Quantity 3

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

    Line Set 35 ft., Quantity 4
    • This 35 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.
    • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
    • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!

    Additional Line Sets & Coupler

    If you find the default line set lengths are not sufficient for your application, additional line sets are available for purchase. You will also need a coupler kit, which will allow two standard line sets to be connected together.
