This fourth-generation MRCOOL Mini Split comes fully equipped with a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, four 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, and five remotes. Each air handler delivers outstanding heating and cooling performance tailored to the unique requirements of your rooms. With five 35 ft. installation kits included, you have everything necessary for a smooth and straightforward setup. The system also features enhanced Wi-Fi engineering, ensuring a quick and easy installation process without the need for specialized tools or expensive equipment.

  • Energy Efficient. This 5 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 20.5 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to 5°F.
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.

        Line Set 35 ft., Quantity 5
        • This 35 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL DIY Condenser to the MR COOL DIY Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.
        • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
        • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!

        Additional Line Sets & Coupler

        If you find the default line set lengths are not sufficient for your application, additional line sets are available for purchase. You will also need a coupler kit, which will allow two standard line sets to be connected together.
