This comprehensive package includes a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU ceiling cassette air handlers, two 12,000 BTU ceiling cassette air handlers, and four remotes for seamless control. With this setup, you can enjoy the perfect temperature tailored to each space in your home or office.

The highlight of the MRCOOL system is its easy DIY installation. You can set it up yourself, giving you the freedom and savings of a project that doesn’t require professional help.

  • Energy Efficient. This 5 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 20.5 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
    • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
    • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
