This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system includes a 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser and two 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers that blend seamlessly into any ceiling, distributing air evenly and quietly. With two 16 ft. installation kits and independent remote controls, it’s easy to set up and customize each zone to your exact preferences. This setup allows you to manage temperatures in two different spaces efficiently, keeping each room at a comfortable level.

What makes this unit even better is the DIY installation option. The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split package has all the components you need for setup, making it accessible to anyone without needing professional installation. Condenser
  • Energy Efficient. This 4 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.
  • Warranty. For added peace of mind, this condenser has a 7 years condenser replacement and 5 years parts warranty

    Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 2

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 750 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
    • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
    • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
