This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system includes a 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser and two 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers, which blend seamlessly into the ceiling to provide quiet, even air distribution. Each zone is equipped with a remote, allowing you to adjust temperatures independently, ensuring every room has its ideal comfort level. Its low-profile ceiling cassette units avoid taking up wall or floor space, making it an elegant solution for any space.

The best part? You can install this system yourself with the MRCOOL DIY Mini Split kit. Designed for straightforward DIY installation, this kit includes everything you need to get started, saving you the cost and hassle of professional setup.   • Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 750 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
    • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
    • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
