This 4th Generation unit includes everything you need: a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler, two 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers, and three convenient remotes. Designed with ease of use in mind, this system allows you to create a comfortable environment in multiple rooms without the hassle of complicated installations.

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 27K BTU Rating of the Condenser.

Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 3 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.
