MRCOOL DIY Mini Split - 30,000 BTU 3 Zone Ceiling Cassette Ductless Air Conditioner and Heat Pump provides customizable, energy-efficient heating and cooling for your home. This 4th-generation system includes a 27,000 BTU multi-zone condenser that powers three ceiling cassette air handlers—two at 9,000 BTU and one at 12,000 BTU—allowing you to set personalized comfort across three zones. Each zone comes with a remote, so you can control temperatures independently in different rooms without the need for professional installation.

The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is engineered for easy, do-it-yourself setup, saving you money and offering flexibility. Its multi-zone capabilities and individual air handlers enable efficient, targeted heating and cooling, ensuring each room or zone is comfortable year-round. With a streamlined, modern design and quiet operation, this system blends effortlessly into any space, providing optimal comfort without disruption.

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 27K BTU rating of the Condenser.

Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 3 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
    • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
