Included in this comprehensive package is a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, a 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, an 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two remotes, and two 35 ft. installation kits. The MRCOOL DIY system features enhanced Wi-Fi technology, allowing you to manage your air conditioning and heating conveniently from your smartphone or tablet.

This ductless solution is designed for maximum flexibility, enabling installation in virtually any location without the need for expensive tools or equipment. Enjoy the low-profile, space-saving design that fits seamlessly into your home while ensuring optimal comfort and efficiency.

Condenser
  • Energy Efficient. This 4 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

    • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
    • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!

    Additional Line Sets & Coupler

    If you find the default line set lengths are not sufficient for your application, additional line sets are available for purchase. You will also need a coupler kit, which will allow two standard line sets to be connected together.
