This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and one 35 ft. and 50 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! 
Package Includes

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 27K BTU rating of the Condenser.

Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 3 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    Air Handler, 12K BTU, Quantity 1

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

    Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 1

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 750 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

        Line Set 35 ft., Quantity 1
        • This 35 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL DIY Condenser to the MR COOL DIY Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.
        • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
        • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!

        Line Set 50 ft., Quantity 1
        • This 50 ft. copper line set connects the 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Condenser to the MR COOL DIY Air Handlers - 9K, 12K and 18K.
        • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
        • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!

        Additional Line Sets & Coupler

        If you find the default line set lengths are not sufficient for your application, additional line sets are available for purchase. You will also need a coupler kit, which will allow two standard line sets to be connected together.
