This advanced 4th Generation system provides everything you need to efficiently cool and heat two distinct rooms. With a powerful 30,000 BTU capacity, you can enjoy optimal comfort throughout your home, no matter the weather outside.

Included in this package are a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, a 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, an 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two remote controls, and one set of installation kits measuring 25 ft. and 35 ft. This versatility allows you to customize the setup according to your home’s layout and heating/cooling needs, ensuring a seamless fit in any space.

The true highlight of the MRCOOL DIY Mini Split system is its user-friendly installation process. Designed for DIY enthusiasts, this system eliminates the need for specialized tools or professional installation. Enhanced Wi-Fi capabilities enable remote control from your smartphone, giving you convenient access to adjust settings from anywhere in your home. Package Includes

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 27K BTU rating of the Condenser.

Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 3 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    Air Handler, 12K BTU, Quantity 1

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

        • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!
