This innovative 4th Generation system is designed to efficiently cool and heat two different spaces in your home. Included in this comprehensive package are a DIY 18,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, a 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, a 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, and two remotes for convenient control.

One of the most remarkable features of the MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is its DIY installation capability, allowing you to take charge of your home’s climate control without the need for professional help. This not only saves you money on installation costs but also gives you the flexibility to set up your system on your own schedule. The system is engineered with user-friendly features that make the installation process straightforward and manageable.

This package does not include linesets, don't forgot to scroll up and add them!

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 18K BTU Rating of the Condenser.

Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 2 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.
