Bromic Heating Warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with theBromic Heating - 33" Platinum Smart-Heat 2300 Watt Electric Patio Heater FRONT VIEW warranty terms and conditions specified below.
Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the ORIGINAL OWNER;
     1. a replacement Bromic Heating heater or
     2. a replacement part for any component part which fails.
For both commercial and residential applications the warranty is one year from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Bromic Heaters must be installed by a licensed technician. Installation attempted by a non-authorized agent/technician will void the warranty.

• Improper installation, adjustment, or alteration and failure to follow the warnings and instructions in the manual could result in severe personal injury, death, or property damage.

Read the installation, operating, and maintenance instructions thoroughly before installing or servicing this equipment.
