This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a powerful 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, paired with three 12,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers. The package also comes with three 16-foot linesets and three remotes, allowing you to control the temperature in each zone independently. This means you can keep your living room cool while warming up the bedrooms, offering tailored comfort for everyone in your home.

The best part of the MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is that you can install it yourself! Each component is designed for easy setup, and the included instructions make the installation process simple and straightforward.     • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
    • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
    • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
