The Doulton W9361123/British Berkefeld W9361151 Stainless Steel Gravity System with ATC Super Sterasyl Candle Filter is a gravity water filter that utilizes ceramic filter candles which protect against water-borne diseases. This system is ideal for situations in which a reliable pressurized water supply is unavailable. The system requires no power to operate and is compact and portable, perfect for camping or outdoor use. The multistage filtration process within the ATC Super Sterasyl Candle Filter inhibits microbiological growth, improves water taste by reducing chlorine and organic material which ordinarily cause unappealing taste and odor, and finishes up with a heavy metal reduction media to take out toxic lead. The candle filters have a filter life of 6 months but can be cleaned to extend this period and value.
