The Dimplex Nova 28-In Multi-Fire XHD Plug-In Electric Fireplace Insert creates a visual display that some would never guess was an artificial fire. The illusion is so life-like and authentic, you may even find yourself forgetting it isn't a real flame. The intricate log set has been molded from actual burnt pieces of wood that are then hand painted for heightened realism. Additionally, each log is wired with glowing LED lighting that pulsate to simulate the look of a smoldering log. The bright and full LED lit flames rise high and wide for a truly stunning display, while controllable flame speed and brightness levels allow for a more customized overall experience. For added effects, just behind the log grate, you'll find integrated LED lighting that allows you to set the ember area for a unique look.

This feature rich and advanced firebox also offers a powerful, integrated ceramic heater that is capable of producing supplemental heat for rooms up to 1000 Sq. Ft. As an energy efficient heat source, you'll find your electric bill lower than other forms of heating. The heat function can be operated independently from the flame effects which is perfect for bedrooms or while sleeping (where the ambient light isn't desired). Or reversely, you can turn off the heat and enjoy the flames alone, making it a truly year-round option for your space. A multi-function remote control is included and allows for easy operation of the flames, speeds, brightness, temperature and on/off timer from almost anywhere in your room. The on-screen digital display is a wonderful feature that gives you easy-to-read visual confirmation of the various firebox functions & settings.
