With a rated capacity of 12,000 BTU, the ACiQ-12Z-HP115B, when paired with a matching air handler, can comfortably handle a small to medium-sized room in ideal climates. Thanks to its high-efficiency rotary compressor and inverter-integrated motor, this unit boasts an impressive 20.8 SEER2 efficiency rating. This means it can heat and cool spaces more efficiently than most standard central split systems.
Keep in mind, this model doesn't come with quick connect line set connectors and isn't a DIY unit. You'll need additional installation materials like line sets, control wire, drain hose, whip, and disconnect, which are available in the Accessories section on this page. A professional will need to add refrigerant and vacuum the lines as required. While the automated cleaning function helps maintain your system, it's a good idea to manually clean the unit's filters periodically.

ACiQ is a brand designed to bring intelligence to purchasing, installing, and maintaining your home's comfort. The ACiQ-12W-HP115B single zone air handler can handle smaller spaces using adaptive technology to constantly monitor and maintain your setpoint temperature as weather conditions change through day and night.
The ACiQ-12W-HP115B air handler features a soft LED display on the front, giving you key information at a glance. By default, it shows the room temperature, but it can also display temperature setpoint changes and mode changes. To keep your unit running smoothly, the display will also show any error codes from its self-diagnosing control board. If you prefer, you can switch off the display, and the included smart remote, which has its own built-in LCD display, will show these notifications as well
ACiQ is WiFi ready! Our wall-mounted air handlers come with everything you need to control your home's heating and cooling from your smart device (iOS or Android) anywhere in the world. Plus, ACiQ is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for added convenience.
Keep in mind, this air handler needs to be installed with a condenser and other installation equipment, which are available at an additional cost if they're not included in your product bundle.
Traditional wall-mounted air handlers are the go-to choice for ductless systems because of their low cost and easy installation. These units are installed high on an exterior wall, with refrigerant lines and a condensation drain hose running through a 3" wall penetration. They pull in return air through vents at the top and distribute cooled or heated air through a sweepable louver at the lower front.
Wall-mounted air handlers are also WiFi compatible and can be controlled using the free NetHome Plus app or voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home.
